Medical Travel Case Management

Health Globe Case Managers work directly with you to educate and inform you about your options for medical travel and medical tourism. Our Case Managers are professionally trained medical tourism facilitators and they assist each patient through their unique case to be sure that their needs are addressed. Each patient receives a full set of options available to them, and is given the opportunity to review detailed credentials of the hospital and of the surgeon as well as wait times and length of inpatient and outpatient stay in the host country.

When you decide to move forward with medical travel through Health Globe, the Case Manager will work with you to arrange for the transfer of medical records, scheduling of the procedure, any outpatient stay that will be required, and the necessary travel arrangements. The Case Manager is your contact point and is a key resource for any information or arrangements that are needed in the course of your medical travel. When discharged from the hospital, the Case Manager will provide you with a written description of necessary aftercare, and will follow up at regular intervals to assist with obtaining the aftercare to ensure the best quality outcome.
