I cannot say enough good things about my experience with HealthGlobe and InSer Bogota. Sue Hart from HeathGlobe helped me every step of the way and was always available for questions. Dr. Ospina at InSer was fantastic. From the beginning of our communication, he was patient and thorough and addressed all of my concerns. He has a calming influence and is very positive, which is needed during this somewhat stressful time. The staff at both HealthGlobe and InSer staff were wonderful in addition to my main contacts. In Bogota, the staff even walked us to the pharmacy to make sure we didn't get lost when we needed to purchase over the counter medicine. I trusted HealthGlobe every step of the way and they did not disappoint. The InSer Bogota facility and equipment were top-notch and extremely clean.
